SSL Still processing? Two days later?

I had just purchased SSL for a web site of mine and it's still being processed? Any idea why this might be?

It looks like we tried to process the SSL order on Dec. 24, but there was a problem with the CSR. We sent an email to you on the 24th asking for a new CSR.
