Requested domain for credit? still processing?

Hi, i requested credit as i deleted a domain that i recently ordered. The order id is 1039783. It's been around 13 hours since i requested for credit. yet it's still in processing.

I believe we have reached our quota for .COM grace deletions. When this happens, we may not be able to grace delete .COM domains.
