Hi,

I cant place any bid on expired domains it says "You have been banned from our auctions for repeated abuse". i dont know why it says so i had 25$ in my prepay account when i cant place a bid what should i do with that amount. I request you to please refund my 25$ to me and tell me where that amount will go. I had already purchased 2 domains here but its disappointing to see that i am "abusing" !!! please refund my money of prepay .

You'd get that message if you failed to pay for more than 1 auction.  

"please refund my money of prepay."
