Purchased domain but not in my account

I bought a domain today but its not showing in my account. My paypal acount shows its been paid for??

Is this normal, how long do i wait for the name to be in my account

It says "Waiting for Payment" but I have paid

Your orders have been processed. There was a delay between when you submitted your payment and when PayPal notified us.
