Prepay still pending...

Hello dear Dynadot support,

I have used the prepay option to add credit to my account.

The order ID is: 1338604

As you can see I have paid the amount with Moneybookers but the status is "Processing" for the last 24H.

This really should be instant, why is this taking so long?
