PREPAy PROBLEM
I had credited 39$ in the prepay section but i cant find a option to use it for buying the expired domain auction that i won. Please help us to resolve the issue so that we can buy our domain using the prepay amount that we had credited.

Once a prepay order is processed and the funds are in your account, account credit will appear as an available payment method.  

In your case,  it looks like the order has processed and you have been able to fund a couple of orders with your account balance.
