I had purchased SSL for some-site.net nearly five days ago where it was in processing until now, and now it's completely gone like someone deleted the order. I have already paid via paypal (Which was completed day of)

Can anyone tell me what's going on here?

It looks like we tried to process the SSL order on Dec. 24, but there was a problem with the CSR. We sent an email to you on the 24th asking for a new CSR. I'm not sure why the order was cancelled, but if you'd like, you can place another order with a new CSR.

ask your money back through paypal process.
