I have ordered domain name with privacy protect and I have paid with Skrill/Moneybookers. I didn't get redirected, but I got confirmation email from Skrill.

Can you tell me why is my order still pending? Do I need to do some verification? Did you get money? Please let me know soon, because this is urgent.
