Pending order 2011

HI all,

I see on my dashboard which is supposed to be a pending order from a former domain whereas in fact I did cancel my subscription before the renewal moment. Can you please confirm what that is about?

The auto-renewal never went through for that order since the card was originally denied. Would you like us to cancel that order?
