payment issues

hello sir, I have made a payment today with my usual credit card in my account for two domains vfdbureaudechange.com and vfdmicrofinancebank.com but these has not been activated and its showing status as 'problem' what could be wrong and how do i resolve this issue.

The payment for the order hasn't been received yet. We changed the order to "Waiting for Payment" in your account. You can click on the "Edit Payment" button to submit the payment now.
