Pay for prepay twice time but only get 1 prepay

Dear Support,

Please help me to solve my problem, just now i sent you money twice time to add my prepay account.

Here are my paypal transaction id Unique Transaction ID #50X06387GJ1556747 and Unique Transaction ID #0XD89040UF483962S

It take about $200 from my paypal account, but in my prepay credit only $100....

Please help me to solve my problem, thank you
