Paid but still waiting for hosting to activate

Dear Dynadot staff, I have just purchased your advanced hosting package for $60. My moneybookers account confirms that the payment is sent to your account however my accounts homepage still shows my order status as "Waiting for Payment". I do need my web hosting activated ASAP and let me know the reason of this delay for future references.

We are still processing orders but they are being slower than usual. Our engineers are looking into the problem and we thank you for your patience.
