Order Status 'Problem' when trying to prepay my account

Hi,

Im getting a 'Problem' in my 'Order Status' when trying to prepay my account.

It's happening regardless of whether I try to use paypal or a credit card.

Can you guys fix this ASAP please?

Are you still getting this problem? If so, can you tell us if there is a specific error message other than "Problem"?
