order ID 2652827 says 'problem' after payment. Can you sort it out please.

You can perform a Whois lookup here:

https://www.dynadot.com/whois.html

The lookup should show who is currently listed as the Registrant. If you need to change the Registrant name, you would need to contact Nominet.

Hi,My order has failed due to the name on three of my .co.uk domains still have the previous owners name on them so will not let me purchase the .uk version of them domains. Could you please check on these domains as all my other domains seem to be fine as far as WHO IS is concerned on all my other domains with you.
