Order Status: Problem

Hi,

I just ordered 2 domains. The status of the first domain is "Registered" while the other is "Problem". This is already paid via Paypal. Can you please help me to resolve the problem domain?

Update:

I found out that the problem domain is still available so I registered it using another registrar. Since the domain is not registered in Dynadot, can you please refund the fee for that certain domain? Thanks.
