Order Status: Problem

I was checking the order status of an SSL certificate and it is currently listed as "Problem"

Any ideas what the problem might be?

Yes, it was a parsing error. Looks like customer support already helped you out as the certificate has been issued. Thank you, our apologies for the delay.
