Order Status is Processing...

Hi,

I've purchased a domain name on 17-Aug-2012 (Order id: 1869580) and I've completed the phone number verification on 18-Aug-2012. The 'Account Summary' page shows the order status as 'Processing'.
Could you please tell me when the order processing will be completed and when I can start using the domain name.

Please note that I've already sent emails to both [email protected] and [email protected] but I haven't received any replies yet.

MY ORDER ID IS 7373851 DATED 2020/11/15. I PAID THROUGH BANK XFER AND THE AMOUNT IS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT WHILE THE STATUS IS PROCESSING. COULD YOU PLEASE WHEN IT WILL BE DONE

I have bought a domain name & I have bought Email hosting.
They say, whois or something must be verified at the 27th, but I don't know how. Status: verifying.

okattason: Domain sale orders (domains bought in the Marketplace listings) take a minimum of 5 days to process. You can still, however, manage the domain name in your account during this time.

a_h_glasgow_gb_1: Your order was pending verification. We noticed you were able to complete this and the order finished processing.
