Order Processing.. and its not verification!

I just renewed my domain and paid via PayPal. The money is gone but the order is still "processing". I read that it might be verification, but when i open the link for verification nothing happens - just my dashboard.

whats the problem? is verification via phone even possible outside the U.S.?
