need_init on recent order but no response?>

I ordered some domains earlier and when i try to change nameservers etc it wont let me and it says need_init next to them. Tried emailing but got no response, anybody know how to fix this?

Sorry you didn't receive a reply right away. As you may have noticed days ago, all domains have been initialized in your account. Looks like you were able to update all your name servers. Let us know if you need anything else!
