Hi, I try to received my phone call without success, what can I do? Should I call to tech support?

I tried without the initial number one, and the call never come. Help!

Mexico Code + 1 + Area Code + Mobile Phone Number

To dial a Mexican mobile phone this is the correct way? I saw this page like reference: http://www.dialaroundworld.com/howtodialmexico.htm

I must say I had exactly the same problem with a Swiss mobile phone number a few weeks ago, never received the validation code. (Despite several attempts.)
