It's normal??

Hello, first sorry, because I'm from Spain and my english is so bad.

I submitted two orders to buy some domains, but it was some hours ago, and they're not resolved. Because in my account the domains are not mine and if i try to register in other website, the domains are disponible.

I'ts normal that it need a lot of time to pay by card??

Help me please!!

Sorry, usually our system is faster. The order system had a slowdown today. It is fixed now.
