I submit order by Bangladeshi Visa card and it still says "Payment Type:Account Balance"

Hello,

I had submit a domain purchase order by Bangladeshi Visa card and it still says "Payment Type:Account Balance" . What does mean? How can I purchase it from Bangladesh.

Can any one update me please.
