I have a successfull backorder request but i cant pay from Acc balance

I have backordered the domain Trollup.com successfully , I had $15 in my acc balance.

So, I went to payment and applied account balance somehow it was not enough, So i clicked paypal after applying acc balance. It took $1.98 from my paypal.

The problem is i still cant pay for the domain from account balance. It asks $14.01 while i have $15 but i am unable to pay

Please help
