I can't add prepay from paypal.

Hello, I have ordered repay items and I have paid with paypal.

Paypal notifications:We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now

I has add prepay $15 with paypal.

I do not see a $15 prepay order in your account. I have seen hat error before and it is related to a PayPal restriction rather than one of our own. You'd need to contact PayPal directly to see what the exact cause is.
