How long does processing an order take?

I'm trying to buy a new domain, and the status has been stuck on 'processing' for several hours.

Hello,

For orders that require manual processing, we cannot provide a definite time, unfortunately. It depends on the volume of orders that need to be handled by the Orders Team and whether or not additional verification is required before approval.
