How do I use Paypal for auto-renew?

I keep on receiving this message on my Account Summary:

There is no available account credit to pay for auto-renew orders. Please choose a different payment method for your auto-renew settings.

I'm sorry, but we currently do not accept Paypal for auto-renewals. We only accept credit card payments or account credit for auto-renewal orders.
