have funds in my account...but not able to use...

hello,

Have over $21 in my account. I am trying to buy a domain priced at $10.99. Account is in UNLOCKED status. But in payment options I am not seeing 'use existing funds from account'. Why? It is giving me credtcard/paypal/wire etc options. Please help.

You can apply those funds during the checkout process.  On the payment page, there will be a green button you can push to apply your current balance.
