Domain still "Processing" please Refund Money

Hello

My order ID 1679414

after paying through paypal is completed, i get this word "processing" i don't what it means or how your system work

anyway I register the domain in another registrar, can you please refund my money

Your order requires manual approval. We sent you an email requesting verification. Once that is completed, we'll be happy to process your order.

Your order was processing pending payment verification. The order has since been cancelled and payment refunded per your request.
