Domain Reg Order is processing still

I've purchased a domains name on 24-Dec-2017 (Order id: 4308257).The 'Account Summary' page shows the order status as 'Processing'.
Could you please tell me when the order processing will be completed and when I can start using the domain name.

Please note that I've already sent email to [email protected] but I haven't received any replies yet.
