Cannot process any new order/cart payment!

I have purchased domain and after three weeks I wanted to add additional feature and other items but cannot pay the items on the cart. I have contacted support through live chat and I was simply informed I cannot buy or process any new item and decision has been taken! I am surprised why Dynadot can take such decision without notifying the account holder and further verifying if they have any suspicion!  Live Chat just hang up without giving any further clarification! Due to my overseas trip and time difference I cannot reach out account management or whom it may concern to resolve it. Does anyone has such experience! Please advise how I can resolve this issue? Thanks
