I noticed that a verification is required on my domains but I have not rec'd a call or email informing me and apparently it's coming up this month. Can you please contact me...contact info is correct.

Looks like you may be referring to the account Whois verification. An email was sent to your Outlook email address with a link you can click on or paste in your browser to verify the information. Is it possible it went to your spam/junk folder?
