Order is still processing but not completed for a day (Order id: 3544997)

Hi,

I've purchased a domain name on 27-march-2016 (Order id: 3544997) and I've completed the payment also. The 'Account Summary' page shows the order status as 'Processing'.
Can you please tell me when the order processing will be completed and when I can start using the domain name? It's really frustrating.

It's irritating and frustrating! They are not even responding and it's showing available to register!

I'm getting the same issue. Meanwhile the domain I ordered is still available to be registered by anyone...
