Locked out for days.. TWO DAYS..?!!!

Hey, my account is locked for two days.. TWO DAYS.. 48 hours.. too much.. what do I do to get it back.. I don't remember putting my birthday here..!!!

Once your account is locked, kindly use the option “forgot birthday” and our security team will receive dispute to investigate and help you access your account as soon as possible, the maximum is 48 hours.
