I cant recieve emails with my domain name. But i cant send

I have created an email with my domain name "[email protected]" but i have issues with receiving emails with that account, though i can send emails from it.

The incoming and outgoing email server for Basic Hosting is running fine. Are you trying to send from within your Basic Hosting web space or are you using an email client?
