Can't unlock domain

Hello there. I have some troubles.
I'm using this instruction https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/unlock-domain and this one https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/is-domain-locked.
After unlocking my account, domain's name is still grey and there is no "Unlock Domains" button. So can't unlock my domain.
How could i do that?

Yes, the registry will sometimes down for maintenance. You can try unlocking the domain later. And if there are any other issues, you can visit our online chat for further assistance.

I can unlock all of my domains except the .tv domains. When I try to unlock these, I get the error message:
"The central registry is down for maintenance; please try again later" and the domains do not unlock.
