regging with the letter ć

I have several IDNs with the letter ć included (Latin Small Letter C with acute)[punycode ~ xn--4da]. But there are other similar IDN domains that show available in the WHOIS and do not resolve, that I cannot reg. Anyone know why ?

Are they reserved IDNs?

If they are reserved, they might show as available, while still not allowing you to register them.
