None of my pre-orders went through and the rest of the prime keywords are already gone. How long before you release my money so I can at least renew some domains? It has been a while since the launch went live.

Sorry, there are some variant problems that we have to sort out tomorrow. It is preventing some orders from finishing. And applying the account credits. Sorry for the delay.
