The central registry for BIZ has added strict limits to grace deletions. Here is the link:

Thus we can no longer offer grace deletions for BIZ domains. Once you register a BIZ domain, you have to keep it. You can't delete it and get a credit.

Over the next few days, if you did not know about this change of policy please email us. We may be able to make an onetime exception and delete a few BIZ domains for you.
