We've recently added an auto-grace delete setting for newly registered domains.  Once you turn the auto-grace delete setting on from within your Dynadot account, our system will attempt to automatically grace delete all newly registered domains within the last 24 hours of their grace period.  You can move domains out of the Auto-Grace Delete Folder if you wish to save them.

Please note that all grace period deletions are subject to the restrictions listed on our Grace Deletions page.
