WWW domain forwarding

My domain tribass.com works fine without www but if i want to redirect my domian with www.tribass.com it doesnt work. Why? can anyone help in fixing it

It appears you have purchased the Advanced Hosting plan for your domain, but you have it still set to the Basic Hosting plan. The CNAME records aren't working because the domain isn't set to DNS.

To change your Dynadot web hosting plan, please follow these steps:
