would uploading large files cause a domain to be disabled?

My domain is disabled since this morning(that's when I noticed it)

I have no idea what could be causing it, it's a pretty passive domain...

what do I have to do to have it enabled again?

the domain is webelite.be

I got no kind of warning whatsoever, and because of this haven't been able to receive any email all day.
