Hi,

I am new here and I got a problem when I set my domain mapping.

My domain is cicia.info.

I set wordpress domain mapping. And it only redirected my wordpress url to my domain. The domain mapping doesn't work after I waited more than 60 hours. And wordpress engineers checked my setting there and suggested me to ask Dynadot to help me check the setting on this end.

The problems are:
1. No really domain mapping upgrade, only redirecting
2. No IP addresses, only name servers.

Hi,

I don't see any domain mapping upgrades on your account, just a Site Redirect upgrade.

A Site Redirect upgrade is designed to direct your WordPress.com blog URL to an external site, and http://ciciabiz.wordpress.com/ is being properly redirected to http://cicia.info/

There's definitely a problem on the http://cicia.info/ end, but we don't have control over this.

I checked your domain and it appears that you've set the Name Servers correctly in our system.  

If you do an IP Lookup and no IP address is being returned, that typically means the hosting server isn't set up correctly to serve your domain.  

I hate to send you back to WordPress without a firm resolution, but unfortunately, since everything is set up correctly, it's an issue they will need to resolve.
