I have tried entering the IP address of my email hosting service, but the page will not save the details.

I entered details in the DNS tab:
MX records (optional)
Mailhost:123.123.123  Distance:10

but that page didn't save it so then I tried the Email Forwarding tab:

selected the button: "Deliver email to another mail host"
entered:
MX records (optional)
Mailhost:123.123.123  Distance:10

That page also will not save the details - what am I doing wrong?

Guys - This is an urgent issue I'm trying to fix.

Does it really take 4 days to get support here ?

It saves it with no error message then when you revisit the page the entry has gone.

Hello,

Are you still having an issue entering your MX records?  You should be able to enter that in the DNS tab where you have your current settings.  Do you see an error message when you try to save your MX records?
