If I register a domain today using your parking service, when a parking statistics will be available? And in what time of a day do they update?

The parking page should be active once your domain has been registered.  If you do not see any statistics for some of your domains, most likely these domains did not receive any visitors.

Could you also tell me, in what time after registration the parking page will be available for visitors? As I know it takes some time for DNS refresh. I'm asking because I registred 60 domains 2 days ago. And I can see statistics only for 20 of them, so I guess others didn't refreshed yet?

We usually receive parking statistics the day after they've been generated.  So, any statistics for today will be added sometime tomorrow.
