what time does ICANN delete domains daily?

does anyone know when ICANN deletes domains daily, at what time? So I can beat out the backordering domain services?

This domain I want expires tomorrow. I was wondering if ICANN has a set time when they delete them, so I can pick it up before the crowd tries to get it.

It is different for each central registry. I actually don't know the exact times, but try doing a search for "domain drop time".
