What is the specific criteria in respect to '.wiki' domains?

Hello, I seek to find out as to how strict the TLD owners are with respect to the use of a .wiki domain, and what the strict rules are.

Two questions in particular I have are,
++ Do I need to have it open to the public to edit, or can I have it closed in that respect, so only I can edit the content of that website?

++ Are there any rules in respect to format and/or style?

I am trying to purchase my-business-name-domain across multiple gTLDs, and like the idea of me having my own series of 'wikipedia' style pages about areas of my business.

I am also keen to protect my business name.  There would not be anything to prevent anyone from starting up a page on wikipedia.com and I would not stop them there either.

There are no actual restrictions on .wiki registrations. You can use the domain for whatever you'd like.
