What happen with Mx after changing name server?

I have a google apps acount with a domain i have here.
At this moment i use Dynadot dns but i am thinking in change the name server to a hosting company. I have mx record point to: ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
When i change the server (DNS) do I have to change the mx record again or the google mx record will still exist?

You would have to add the MX record to your web host's name servers.
