very bad customer support, my domain still disabled

Our domain is disabled for unknown reason, we emailed u four times and chat with your useless customer support and still no result, our domain name is " armoush.info" , we need it active and enabled immediately,cause 6 hours so far, should be enough to respond to us, as we have been your customer since 2010 but it seems like we came to the wrong place, as we con not trust you to host our domains any more and because of your unreliable support team, we will transfer our domains from you to (www.123-reg.co.uk)so after you re-enable my domain " armoush.info" would you kindly advice us how to transfer our domain to the UK company.
