UTF characters

Hi,
while trying to register a new domain, I encountered a problem with characters like ' of space.
I got the error message saying those are not UTF-8 characters...

is this OK?
I'm not sure if this is intended, but those chars are sure to be UTF...

The characters may be UTF-8, but they might not be an allowed character for an IDN registration.
