unverified problem

I just registered a new domain but it is unverified. Says needs to be verified by 1/28/14 but I registered it just now, 1/31/14. Now I am unable to change the nameservers. I did email support but thought I would post here as well since I am anxious to use it.

Edit: Please disregard I was able to take fix of it. Thank you :)
